    Greetings!  I am working with a Voice User Interface document produced by Avaya for a recent Avaya Experience Portal (IVR) implementation.  The doucment has several "red-circle" references (C13, C33, C42) that have no page references or links (see sample file).   The original authors or no longer with Avaya and I am tasked with providing business knowledge transfer on the VUI doc.

    Does anyone have an idea what the red-letter circles refer to?   My thought is that it might point to VDN transfers, but I'm not quite sure.
