  • 1.  Ring Indicator on Bridged Appearances

    Is it possible to get a ringing indicator lamp to light for secondary line appearance (bridged) with no audio?  

     

    Station A - ext rings

    User wants Station B ext visually on their phone and lamp to light as it rights but with no audio ringing set for the secondary line. 

    Is that possible?

    Take a look ar screen two in your "ch sta xxxx" confg. Darlene. Change  . . .

    Per Button Ring Control?  and  Bridged Call Alerting? to "y." Then when you add a bridged appearance you can set the ring type to "n."
