We recently upgraded our System Manager from 6.1 to 6.3 and lost all of our custom system administration roles. I need to reestablish roles for system administrators. I am not able to create a custom role that allows administrator to only have access to Session Manager Routing Administration Element and specific routing application only (Adaptations and Dial Patterns). I see in the System Manager 6.2 guide under adding a role I should be able to add mapping
for operations and have access to 850 individual operations.
How does this work on 6.3 or did we lose the ability to customize roles with System Manager 6.3?
Can someone explain how to define granular custom roles in 6.3?
