Afternoon, I have 3 consoles which have OSPC installed, recently we have noticed that when calls come in the notification light doesn't display on the taskbar if the operator is working on another application plus the phone doesn't ring either given them an indication a call is waiting.
The phone works perfectly without the use of OSPC. Any suggestions!!
