  • 1.  No call history on 9620 if call goes to voicemail

    I have discovered that if a call goes to voicemail, the call event does not display anywhere in the call history logs on my 9620. I have verified that all other calls are logged... but if i miss it and it goes to VM, its not lilsted. Presumably the caller would leave a message stating that they called and leave a number to call them back at. But if no message is left, I have no history of the call. Firmware is up to date, etc. 

     

    If anyone has had experience with this, I would love to hear how you fixed it.

    add the line in your 46xxsettings file and reboot your phones

     

    SET LOGUNSEEN 1

    I have the same problem with 9640 phones and have changed the entry as indicated, but the call still does not record in the call history log if it goes to voicemail. We are using an Aura with CM6. Any ideas?

    Check out the new feature/option called LOGUNSEEN, which by default is turned off, it will explain the lack of call log entries for calls that cover to voice mail.
