My system has crashed and I believe I am going to need to load SP on a new server and take it to my remote site to get this back in service.
I am quite new to Avaya and my companies support contract has expired... I need the most basic help with this procedure.
I cannot ping any of the system addresses. I tried to shutdown the unit, remove the cards, wait a few miunutes and bring it back up. I have power and ALM lights, but that's it.
