  • 1.  Using Solution Deployment Manager via System Manager for CM Service Pack Updates

    ​Does anyone have any training material on using SDM via System Manager to patch CM 7.1, AVP, VUS, etc? I attended a session on this last year at IAUG in New Orleans that talked about this, but I can't seem to find the slides on in the IAUG material. If anyone could share that with me it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Adam,

    I do not know if you still interested in that matter. However, I was able to set it on SMGR 6.3 and worked nice for me for a quite some time. After upgrade to 7.1 I'm having some struggles which now solving with Avaya.

    I was able to set it up just thanks to official doc: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101014185 (Chapter 15 but have to refer to few others ofc)
    As I know documentation is tricky sometimes, you can ask me any question, hope will be able to help.
