Hello All,

I'm hoping someone has seen this issue before.

When someone from inside the company dials a VZW customer, the caller id shows up as a ROBO call. It appears to only be with VZW.

1. Has anyone seen this issue?
2. is this something on my end?
3. is there a list that my company is on that i could be removed from?

Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matthew, I've definitely seen weird things from inside my system to/from certain carriers, but not this particular issue. A couple questions to try to narrow it down:

1. Does this happen to ALL VZW cell phones, regardless of model or mobile OS?
2. Does this happen from every phone inside your company, or just a certain group or a certain one?

Yes it Seems to happen with all VZW phones regardless of the model
it appears to yes. i have tested every phone, but i have had several people tell me this is happening.

Are you sending individual DIDs out or a Main company number?  We have a large outbound contact center that sends a main number and started showing as SCAM LIKELY for TMobile.  I discovered they used a service called 'Call Transparency'.  Our number got added based on quantity of calls. I am not sure if VZW uses a similar service.
