Hi all. This is a strange one. I have deployed many SMGR/SM combos over the years and I have never seen this. I deployed the 8.x OVA file on our VMWare server. I verified the MD5 for all downloads. I installed the mandatory patch. Then I installed the Hotfix 4. Then I installed the 8.0.1.1 SP.
During this process I also installed all relevant licenses including SMGR and SM. I can access seemingly any and all admin web pages except for SM administration. Whether I go through Session Manager- Administration or if I go through Inventory-Manage Elements- New, when I try and add the Session Manager instance the web page just comes up blank or empty.
This happens with Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer. If anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful. No idea what the issue is here. And I have tried fresh downloads and deployed this multiple times including using the Thick client option.
