What is the best way to consolidate CMs from multiple regions into one?

  • 1.  What is the best way to consolidate CMs from multiple regions into one?

    I'm working to consolidate 3 CM's from different regions into one CM and looking for the best method to create the new translations/configurations for that new CM.  Meaning programming the CORs, IP network regions, dial plans ect. in a logical fashion so that the new CM is organized and easier to administer.
    I would appreciate any shared experienced or tips, thank you.
