    Hello,

    We have Aura CM 6, our users are complaining that they cannot find out if the person they are calling is on another call or not.
    the phones keeps ringing on the other side and it actually annoys both sides the caller and the recipient.
    did anyway manage to enable call waiting notifications on CM?
    we have 2 set types, 9608 and 1608.

    ​Call waiting is for single-line voice terminals only, so that they will know an incoming call is waiting or an attendant incoming call is waiting.
    Multi-appearance voice terminals do not have this functionality.
