Hi Al,
You are in the right place. If you click on the hyperlink for the Signaling server you will get another screen with the reboot button. I am not sure why you can't get to your secondary site, unless it has not been setup in the same place. You need to add it on the Elements page.
Kind Regards,
Richard

Thanks Richard, I don't see where to log into Base Manager, but I see in the list of CS1k elements, listings for Base OS Elements. I'm assuming this is the same and I can do it from here as it offers the option to Reboot?
Oddly, I can only bring up the primary, but not the secondary for this site. I get Site Cannot Be Reached....I can ping it though.
Al

Hi Al,
If you go into Base Manager but not into the CS1k EM, you should see a list of Elements. Click on the hyperlink for the Signaling Server you want to reboot. The first screen has a reboot button toward the top right. I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Richard

Can someone please remind me how to reboot signaling servers through UCM?
