We are updating remote locations, replacing an Avaya Partner with Aura CM VoIP. Currently, the Partner does a group-page (All Call) that any set can pick up the handset and establish two-way audio. The group-page feature in CM functions the same but does not establish two-way audio when a user picks up the hand-set.
Per Avaya CM documentation -
"Speakerphone paging is one-way communication: group members hear the person placing the page but cannot respond directly"
My question is:
Is there any way to enable this option or some other feature or workaround to get a group speakerphone audio page to be answered with a handset on CM 7.3 system?
