Greetings.
This weekend I would be performing to add an additional MP160 card to a live G450 gateway used in a Call Center environment. I am assuming this can be done without powering off the device.
Gateway has an existing MP160 board in it. Its a CM 7.1 setup.
Please share your experience/ thoughts /best practices which should be followed to accomplish it successfully.
