Just to piggy back on what Victor said there, there is a specific format the VAL Boards need.
If you can either save (or convert) your file to: (CCITT u-Law 8kHz, 8Bit, Mono) you should be in good shape to use VAL Manager to upload/create that announcement, that you will use as an Integrated Music on Hold source.

If you work with the latest Site Administration Software there is an announcement manager tool available for file management, transfers etc.
Quite a few videos available on YouTube as well:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=avaya+voice+announcement+manager
Then use the "ch music" command and specify the extension that was created for the announcement as the music source.
Tenants can be individually assigned music sources if needed.

Yes Mr. Davis, we have VAL boards as indicated in one of my attached photos (oops, photo just uploaded!). I read somewhere how I could upload the .wav file to a VAL board but it's above my experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMe2i4mIrV8 is a video but I'm not versed in these commands on any media-gateway. I'm still searching for answers. I want this to only play on this one vector for now. Thank you, sir!

Sorry for the duplicate message (I replied on the actual photo and not here):
So just a few thoughts off the top of my head...
1. For Music on Hold devices like this, you have to have some sort of isolation between the device and the PBX. So typically Avaya has used a 909A/B Coupler, and the newer G700/350/250/430/450 required an older KS-23395 Couplers (Which yes it says for System 25 but it works all the same).
2. Instead of using that MOH Device, do you have VAL Boards? You can place a .wav file onto a VAL and then use it on your system as a music on hold. Just a thought.

I need to get the recording of play by play from my University's illustrious seasonal highlights utilized as music on hold for our ticketing sales vector while the callers are waiting for an agent to answer. I have been furnished the recording and it is loaded onto the storage card of the device shown in the attached photo. I'm not sure if this is a step in the right direction or not. I've been browsing IAUG and Avaya Support and Youtube for helpful info but nothing is jumping off the page. I took photos of the top, bottom and back connections and of music sources as they are now, but not sure which is used, view the attached. We have had devices such as this connected in the past and this is likely one of them that's been removed for whatever reason but I was never involved unfortunately. I need the recording to play for each on hold caller while waiting for an agent. How do I hook this up? What is the administration? Is tenant partitioning used? We have three VAL boards, two are almost full. G3 Version V16 Enterprise. This group's assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you.
