I would like to know a general feedback / best practices which you are following in your enterprise / organization for providing phone directory services to end users.
We are on Centralized Avaya Aura Enterprise platform with multiple locations consisting of 5K users and want to leverage from your experiences to provide simple and user friendly method to our users for accessing corporate phone directory from 96xx series H323 IP phones.
