We have an odd issue on CM 7.1 where we are getting reports of dead air on some calls where the called party has the EC500 feature enabled and the end user answers their desk phone and not their cell phone. There is dead air on the initial talk path, but if we have the callers press a touch tone/DTMF, the call talk path establishes... It also doesn't happen on every call, but we do seem to be able to duplicate it at some of our locations. Has anyone else run into this after upgrading to CM 7.1? We attempted to turn on "Direct IP Audio" on all of the related signalling groups, but that didn't seem to help. Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated.
