    Dear Experts.

Need to setup delayed hotline on CM 7.1, Avaya SA SA8887 is been Enabled

<g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="11" data-gr-id="11">Requirement</g> is When Telephone Handset is Lift it will dial the predefined number after 10 seconds but with-in this 10 seconds the user should have <g class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="12" data-gr-id="12">ability</g> to dial another number (meaning should have dial tone)

I did the needful of Hotline & successful to dial the destination hotline number after 10 seconds via the abbreviated dial list. But the phone doesn't dial any other extension (no dial tone) for these 10 seconds.

I need both the capabilities delayed hotline dial after 10 seconds & also the normal dial tone capability within these 10 seconds.

     Please advise.

Communication manager isn't designed to do what you're asking.  The only way that I can imagine you achieving what you want is to make the hotline destination an adjunct like your IVR or a Breeze Engagement Designer workflow.

The receiving application would accept the callers digits during a short window of time and connect the call, or in the absence of input dial a predetermined destination.

    Good luck,

Perhaps doing some vector shenanigans would work.
Route the call to a vector that plays collect digits step for an announcement with 10 seconds of silence.
Do a route to digit for whatever number of digits you want if they dial something
Route the call to your hotline destination if the digit entry does not meet your reqs - insufficient digits or no digits entered.
    I haven't tested this method, but I think it's worth a try.
