Hi,
We have a Windows 7 user here, using One-X comm. (version 6.2.11.03 SP11) and he cannot get any microphone working.
The microphone of the laptop does not work in combination with One-X comm. and also not the microphone of a USB headset.
The microphones work within Windows, but not in One-X comm.
He can hear the other side via One-X comm. but the other side cannot hear him.
We checked all audio settings, removed the software, removed all Avaya files under the appdata folder, re-installed the software but still not working...
What can this be?
