Internal extension translation

    Good morning,
    I am trying to find out id there is a way to translate or redirect extensions internally.

    I need to have staff dial extension 251 internally and it be re-directed to extension 448. Extension 251 is a DID and 448 is internal only.  I know that it can be done from the outside inbound by "ch inc tru x", but don't know how to accomplish the same when the extension is dialed internally.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
