Hi All,
I'm having problems getting a contact number programmed to work when dialing out on a B189 conference phone. I've tried programming with 9, without 9, etc. and I cannot get the call to dial out. I've tried programming to dial just an internal extension, and I can't even get that to work.
Any of the numbers I am trying to program as contacts work fine if just dialed from the keypad. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and how I can get the contacts feature to actually work! Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
