IAUG Member Advocacy

IAUG stands ready to assist members at any time. Our Member Advocacy Council is available year-round to assist with resolving sales, services, and billing issues with Avaya or any of our business partners. In addition, we work with Avaya to be certain our members are included in discussions about new products and services, product improvements, and feature suggestions.

Sales, Services, and Billing Issues: Let us help you find fast and satisfactory resolution of your issues. We can help you find the right person at Avaya or a partner to answer your questions, get systems properly repaired, and get your bills right.

Future Needs: We all have ideas of ways to improve our systems. IAUG will work with Avaya to be certain your suggestions are presented and seriously considered. All suggestions are reviewed by the appropriate member council, submitted to Avaya for consideration, and tracked for future implementation.

Service Excellence Award: Our members have the opportunity to recognize and reward our partners who provide excellent customer service. You can nominate any Avaya or business partner employee for the annual Service Excellence Award.

Member Advocacy Committee: The Member Advocacy Committee consists of experienced IAUG members who have been active on other product and services councils. We have a passion for helping our peers and working with the other councils to ensure that our members receive the service they deserve.
