When does the Early Bird registration pricing end?  

The Early Bird registration pricing ended November 6, 2019! After November 6, the Regular registration pricing began, which is an increase of $250 per person for the Full Conference and Bundled Package passes. 

What are the registration packages/passes available for Avaya ENGAGE? 

The following passes are available for Avaya ENGAGE. Specific pricing for each pass is listed on the Registration site. 

Hotel & Registration Package - 4 Nights 

Includes conference registration and 4 nights at Hyatt Regency Phoenix Downtown. All bundles are reserved for check in on Sunday, February 2 and check-out on Thursday, February 6.  

Hotel & Registration Package - 5 Nights 

Includes conference registration and 5 nights at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. All bundles are reserved for check in on Saturday, February 1 and check-out on Thursday, February 6.  

Conference Registration  

Includes access to all of the main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals and all networking events including opening party, expo receptions and closing party 

Group Registrations 

Includes access to all of the main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals and all networking events including opening party, expo receptions and closing party. The discounted ticket price of $950 per person only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 5 or more people registering at the same time from the same company. Please contact registration@iaug.org for the applicable discount code. 

Companion Pass 

Includes access to all networking events including opening party, expo receptions and closing party. 

International Conference 

Includes access to all of the main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals and all networking events including opening party, expo receptions and closing party. This registration type applies only to those attending from outside of North America. Canada and Mexico are not eligible for this registration type. 

Solutions Expo Plus Pass 

Includes solution expo access (including Tues-Wed Lunch), expo receptions, general sessions, opening party and closing party. 

One-Day Conference Pass 

Includes meals, sessions and evening reception for one day. Multiple One-Day passes can be purchased. 

Pre-conference Workshops 

Includes access to pre-conference workshops on the morning of Sunday, February 2. The pre-conference workshop is priced at $300 each. The pre-conference workshops being offered can be found on the registration site.  

 
Is Membership included in my conference registration?

Attendees who register for the full conference, bundle, or international ticket options are eligible for one year of an IAUG membership IF they are not a current or previous paid member. Those who are eligible for this complimentary membership will receive log in information from IAUG directly during the months leading up to or shortly after Avaya ENGAGE. 

How do I register? 

Go to the Avaya ENGAGE website at https://news.avaya.com/avaya-engage-2020 , and click REGISTER NOW to start your registration. 

What is the cost to register? 

See the following table for pricing for all pass types for Avaya ENGAGE, including both early bird and regular pricing. Should you have any questions on the pricing information, please contact registration@iaug.org. 

How do I register as a group? 

Please contact registration@iaug.org for instructions and to receive the discount code that must be used during registration. The discounted ticket price of $950 per person only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 5 or more people registering at the same time from the same company. 

Can I bring a guest? 

Yes! Companions are welcome at all Avaya ENGAGE networking events, such as the expo receptions and the opening and closing parties, for an additional fee. You can add companions to your registration during your initial setup. Please contact registration@iaug.org if you need to add a guest after registering.  

Who do I contact with any registration questions?

What is the cancellation policy? 

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before January 11, 2020. A processing fee of $250 USD will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before January 11, 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 11, 2020. All medical, family emergency and travel related cancellations can be submitted to registration@iaug.org. Refund determination for these requests will be determined post conference. 

What is the registration transfer policy? 

Should you no longer be able to attend Engage but want to transfer your registration to another person, please contact registration@iaug.org. All transfer requests must be made by Friday, January 24, 2020. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted.  

When do I need to pay my registration fee by? 

If you opt to pay by check or to be invoice, the deadline to receive payment is Monday, January 20, 2020. If you check is not received by January 20, 2020 then you will be required to pay by credit card Please make sure your invoice number is included on all checks and wire transfers sent.  

Travel and Accommodations 

What are the conference hotels? 

We have partnered with the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix Downtown and the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown for this year’s conference. More information on these hotels can be found here. 

How will I get to/from the convention center and the conference hotels? 

Because all conference hotels are within easy walking distance of the convention center, shuttles will not be provided in Phoenix. 

What if I’m traveling internationally?   

For entry into the United States, your passport must be good for at least 6 months after your departure date. 

Residents of Canada and most European countries do not need a visa to visit the United States if they are staying for less than 90 days. However, residents of these countries do require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). For more information please visit esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. For further information on whether or not you require a visa to enter the United States, please visit www.travel.state.gov. 

You will have to pass through United States Customs if arriving by air. At United States airports, you must present a completed customs declaration form (which may or may not be provide in-flight). 

What food is available at the hotels or through the conference? 
Conference hotels do not include complimentary breakfast but it is offered at the convention center. Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday plus morning and afternoon breaks at the convention center. Food will also be served at the opening and closing events. 

Are government rate rooms available in the conference hotels? 

There are a limited number of government per diem rooms available at each property. Please call the hotel reservations department directly to reserve your room at the government rate.
