I am getting a "denial event 1220: Recovery timer expiry D1=0x830033 D2=0x66" when users outside our network call one DID number. The symptoms the user (Called party) is seeing are the call is connected then drops. The calling party is getting a busy signal.

Has anyone seen this and know what the fix is?:D

we're currently seeing it on one of our ip trunk groups, but i can't see where anyone has posted any suggestions for this issue.

i've run through all the typical busy/reset sequences. it's definately an isdn timing issue, but i'm just not sure how to make it go away.

Here are some questions I'd be asking myself:

Can you dial this DID number internally or from another trunk group other than than you PRI ?

The COR is the same as others that aren't having the problem ?

Cover path for outside calls is OK ?

There is no "INCOMING CALL TREATMENT" on the trunk group form for this number ?

    Good luck!
