    Basic Call Management System Reporting Desktop

    Dears,

    I have installed BCMS Reporting desktop latest relase (BCMRD R2.4.6 - Build 321) but im still unable to connect to CM5.2(S8300). When I try to connect I get an error 7013 The login attempt has failed or timed out. Im using the dadmin password I usually use in ASA.

    do I need to configure anything on the CM because the document doesnt mention it?

    This was solved by enabling the SAT service (port 5023) from the CM web --> server maintenance --> security ---> services
