Need some assistance. This may not even be possible but we have our IVR vendor outpulsing their TFN as the caller ID. I can see it on the trace as shown below but by the time the Agent gets the call on his phone display they get is "Toll Free Calling to (VDN name)". I would like to see the actual number not the word.

    I have tried the following.
Change inbound trunk 1 option Send Name: y to "n".
Entered tandem calling party number conversion
Changed VDN option Pass Prefixed CPN to VDN/vector*? system to all options
Had IVR vendor send "IVR" as name with TFN number. They had blank for name.

What kind of trunk are the calls coming in on? Does it support caller ID?

Have you tried to map a button on the phone to "callr-info"? During the call, the user can press this button to see the calling party's ANI. Not sure if this will work in your scenario.

    Hope this helps!

I have tried the inspect button and the callr-info button and both really only show the same "Toll Free Calling to VDN" display. I think im going to see what my carrier is handing off to me. I can see in the call log the "Toll Free Call 888-xxx-xxxx" but the display is cutting out the actual number due to length.
