    One way conversation via SIP

My setup is as follows :-

Internal network (all phones in range 192.168.254.200-254).
    IP 412 (Lan1 192.168.254.200, Lan2 80.178.200.200)
Static Public IP addresses in Range 80.178.200.200-205

NOTE THAT I HAVE USED AN ALIAS FOR MY PUBLIC IP ADDRESSES AS I DON't WISH TO BE HACKED!

This was working fine until I changed my Router to a Draytek Vigor 2820 and it now doesn't work.

I can dial out fine and the 3rd party can hear me, but I can't hear them. They also cannot dial in.

I used to be able to run STUN on LAN2 and it would come up as open internet, but now it says blocking firewall (I have turned off the firewall on the Router). No firewall between router and IP412.

I've spent days on this. I'm sure that it's a simple setting in either the router or IP412 but I can't find it.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
