Rooms are selling out quickly! Be sure to book your rooms for the IAUG Global Education Conference as soon as possible. After rooms sell out in the conference room block, available rooms in Boston over the conference dates may be accessed through IAUG’s housing bureau, onPeak. Click here to access onPeak online or call 800-984-6058 to search inventory in the city and book reservations. Hotels and rates based on availability. Transportation to the convention center for any hotels outside of the conference room block will not be provided by IAUG, only for those hotels included in the official conference room block.

Shuttle Service
IAUG will be providing shuttle service between the John B Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center and the hotels contracted for the conference that are not within walking distance of the convention center, including the Courtyard Boston Tremont Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Boston, The Liberty Hotel and the Omni Parker House. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes between the hotels and the convention center during the following days/times:
Sunday, May 20
11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (service will be between hotels and the Sheraton Boston for the Avaya Customer Appreciation Event)
Monday, May 21
7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 22
7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
4:00 p.m. – 7:00pm
Wednesday, May 23
7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (service will be between hotels and the Sheraton Boston for the Closing Event)
Thursday, May 24
7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
