Each Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Admission to the Solutions Expo
  • Admission to all evening events, including the Avaya Customer Appreciation Event
  • Continental breakfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks
  • Conference materials
  • One half year of IAUG membership for non-member end users (membership begins post-conference) 

Each One Day Pass includes:

  • Admission to the Solutions Expo 
  • Admission to all sessions that day
  • Admission to all continental breakfasts and lunches and receptions being held that day

NOTES:
*Member Associate is a vendor/partner.

**Companion registration includes access only to the evening receptions and networking events where food and beverages are served. This rate does not apply for end-users and/or business partners and is only available for non-industry companions.

All fees payable in U.S. Dollars
MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks are accepted.

No purchase orders accepted

Group/Corporate Registration
Group registration rates are available for companies that register three or more employees as attendees of the IAUG Global Conference. If interested in registering for a group registration, please contact info@iaug.org for a group code. Those attending must register at the same time and these rates are valid through the early-bird date of April 17, 2012.

Payments by Check
Payments by check must be received prior to the rate class cut-off date for the amount being paid. If you are paying by check, the registration web server will generate an invoice, which you should print and send with the check (payable to "International Avaya Users Group" in U.S. funds). If you are paying for multiple invoices, please include a copy of each invoice. Mail payments to:

Your registration will not be confirmed until payment by check is received.

Refunds/Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 31, 2012. A processing fee of $250 USD will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before March 31, 2012. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after March 31, 2012.
