Highlights of the event included:
- Mark Fletcher's presentation on the importance and relevance of E911 in light of recent natural disasters. Attendees learned the following:
- The need for organizations to be prepared for emergencies and ready to respond.
- Business continuity strategies that apply to today's technology.
- Tips on how to impliment a preparedness strategy that suites your organization.
- The Avaya demo room allowed attendees to experience Avaya technologies first-hand.
- Featuring 34 exhibitors, attendees had easy access to all the latest Avaya products and Services at the Exhibit Showcase.
- 30 industry-focused educational sessions, making it easy for attendees to find user-driven information needed to increase productivity and make effective decisions for their organization. Session recordings will be posted here, as they are recieved by speakers.
