Speaker Biography and Session Descriptions
Kerry Gregg, IR Prognosis
Kerry Gregg is a Solutions Engineer at IR. IR provides advanced monitoring\management across multiple UC and CC platforms and applications including QOS, Analysis, Alerting and Reporting capabilities.
Kerry joined IR in 2015. His roles include member of the technical teams that supports Pre-sales as well as existing accounts with engineering and architectural designs integrating disparate systems, helping vendor/clients assuring adoption centered around the UC and Contact Centers ecosystems. Prior to joining IR, Kerry previously worked for NORTEL Federal Solutions, SONUS, AIG as well as DST where he oversaw FOB PBX control in Afghanistan for the DOD.
Kerry holds a BA in Marketing as well as NORTEL-NNCE, Cisco CCNA, CCNA Voice, Security +, VMware CA- DCV and MCSA 2012 certifications.
Kerry is a Private Pilot, holds a Class D Skydiving License and is a Certified FAA Senior Rigger.
